Digestive Health

As a nutrition specialist in Digestive Health , I work closely with gastroenterologists and GI surgeons in the dietary management & treatment of digestive disorders. In the past three years, I have helped over 1,500 patients with digestive disorders in their recovery through therapeutic nutrition plans. Recognizing the huge impact that our diet has on our digestive health, I am eager to help as many people as possible in discovering their path to a healthier life & happier gut.

Why Digestive Health?

My own health struggles started in my early 20’s. I spent several years suffering from poor digestion, fatigue, brain fog, and hopelessness, as I continued to receive a diagnosis of “IBS” with no clear answers on how to treat it. After 5+ doctor’s visits, I finally received a proper diagnosis of celiac disease. A brief 10 minute consult about my new diagnosis was all I received - no dietitian referral, no clear instructions.

Having a proper diagnosis in mind, I dedicated time and energy to doing my own research, and was able to piece together a therapeutic diet to heal my condition. The experience was enlightening - after years of suffering, I was able to heal my gut, mind, and body within months of changing my diet. My own experience led me to specialize in digestive health, and empowered me to help hundreds of clients struggling with their own GI conditions.

Proper medical care & diagnostic work, in combination with nutrition & wellness, can drastically improve your quality of life. That’s why I’m here - on a mission to help you find clarity in a health & wellness plan that will work best for you as an individual.
