My Story

In my experience providing nutrition education to clients with diverse medical conditions & health goals, I have found that there is so much confusion when it comes to nutrition & wellness. Hours of online research can leave you overwhelmed with conflicting information, finding no clear answers on what to eat or how to change your habits.

 

The truth is, a diet is so much more than a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid. An optimal nutrition plan should be personalized to align with your health history, physical symptoms, cultural background, social environment, individual nutritional needs, and relationship with food.

I'm here to help you end the confusion, break the vicious cycle of dieting, and find clarity in a personalized health & wellness plan that works best for you as an individual. 

What to Expect

In our initial session, we'll start with a detailed assessment, reviewing your health history, culture & lifestyle, diet history, and, most importantly - your individual health goals.

Taking our assessment findings into account, I'll provide you with science-based nutrition recommendations most applicable to you as an individual.

Next, we'll develop an action plan: feasible, short-term, measurable goals to keep you on track towards your long-term health goals. As we progress, we'll celebrate successes while working through challenges, finding solutions to any obstacles that may be getting in the way of your goals.
