As an integral member of each patient's clinical care team, Clarity Nutrition Counseling is committed to the following roles:

Provide reliable, evidence-based nutrition recommendations: I stay up-to-date with evidence-based diet guidelines in order to provide reliable, effective nutrition education.

Provide individualized, patient-centered interventions: Interventions are uniquely tailored to the patient's medical history, symptoms, diet history, as well as their lifestyle, cultural background, and education level.

Contribute to an improvement in clinical outcomes: Complemented with proper medical / surgical treatment where needed, adherence to diet and lifestyle modifications can improve clinical outcomes such as: GI symptoms, body weight, and biochemical markers like Hba1c, LDL/ HDL, and micronutrient levels.
